Home Banking User Policy
Thank you for using Alpine Credit Union’s Home Banking service. By participating in the Services or using the software, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. In addition to any terms and conditions to which you have previously agreed with respect to the underlying electronic banking and billpay services of which the service is a part. Alpine Credit Union in its discretion may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Terms and Conditions:
The following terms and conditions apply to our Home Banking services. By using Home Banking with Alpine Credit Union, you agree to all the terms, conditions, and notices contained in this Agreement and accept responsibility for your use of Home Banking. We may amend these terms, and modify or cancel the mobile services and features we offer, from time to time without notice, except as may be required by law. We may offer additional home banking services and features in the future. Any deposit account accessed through this service is also subject to any applicable account disclosures and regulations for the account, subject to Online Services, Electronic Funds Transfer terms, Conditions, and Disclosures that may apply.
Our Home Banking services are provided to you as an “as-is” and “as available” basis. We do not make any warranties or representations that you will have continuous or uninterrupted access to home banking or its content or functions, or that such functions will be error free or any advertisements, or websites in connection with that service, including, without limitation, express or implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement of third party rights and title, and any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure or non-performance of home banking (including any software or their materials supplied in connection with mobile banking) shall be for us to use commercially reasonable efforts to perform an adjustment or repair of the mobile banking service.
You agree that neither we nor the service providers shall be responsible for any loss, property damage or bodily injury, whether caused by the equipment, software, Credit Union or by Internet browser providers, or by internet access providers or by online service providers or by an agent of subcontractor for any of the foregoing. Nor shall we or the service providers by responsible for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential economic or other damages arising in any way out of the installation, download, use, or maintenance of the equipment, software, online service or Internet browser or access software. In this regard, although we have taken measures to provide security for communications from you to us via the online services and may have referred to such communication from you to us visa the Online services and may have referred to such communication as “secured,” we cannot and do not provide any warranty or guarantee of such security.

To deactivate your home banking account, contact an Alpine Credit Union employee by calling 801-225-0256. You may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Restrictions on Use:
You agree not to use the services and software in or for any illegal, fraudulent, unauthorized, or improper manner or purpose and will only be used in compliance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, including all applicable state, federal, and international internet, data, telecommunication, telemarketing, spam, and import/export laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. You agree that you will not attempt to access any software or services for which your use has not been authorized; or use or attempt to use a third party’s account, or interfere in any manner the provision of the services or software, the security of the services or software, or other members of the services or software, or otherwise abuse the services or software.
